− Chi ci ha accolto mi ha detto di pagare altre tasse di soggiorno , poi abbiamo dovuto mettere una caparra e poi per 6 minuti di ritardo del check in ci hanno fatto una multa di 35€ davvero una cosa mai sentita in vita mia , non è normale comportasi così il primo giorno con i tuoi nuovi clienti

Somewhat convenient to the beach and restaurants in the area.

− Staying at the Loca Barcelona apartment was one of the worst experiences of my trip to Spain and Portugal this summer. While the apartment itself was fine, it was overpriced at $350 a night. We arrived just a few minutes past 7:00 PM to meet our check-in agent. Upon arrival, we were caught off guard when the agent requested a €300 deposit and a €30 late check-in fee. We were surprised they would enforce a late fee for being just a few minutes past their 7:00 PM cutoff. We explained to the agent that we were delayed by unforeseen airport delays and heavy traffic. She was understanding and kindly agreed to waive the fee. However, when our deposit was returned, it was short by €44, missing both the €30 late fee and an additional €14. When we contacted the manager, Eric, he was incredibly rude and refused to honor his agent's agreement, even though she was already at the apartment when we arrived (a fee usually meant to compensate an agent for making a special after-hours trip). When we messaged them to recoup the overcharged €14, they claimed it was a bank conversion fee. This was false, as my bank confirmed no such fee was charged. As the conversation went on, they pretended they couldn't do simple math, and they abruptly switched from English to Spanish to dodge the issue. This management company takes advantage of tourists. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.
