− Que está en un edificio y te indican todo por correo pero no por booking del procedimiento de llegada y el check in. Ya que no hay personal físico en el lugar.

− Que el cuarto donde me hospede, tenia rastros de un incendio, los horarios limitados (nocturno). Cuando lo solicite, se mencionó que era servicio de hotel.
