8.0Главный плюс квартиры - ее местоположение в самом центре Афин. В пешей доступности находятся все основные достопримечательности и несмотря на то, что отдыхали неделю в июле, мы с двумя детьми ходили пешком и до Акрополя и до стадиона, и до музея Кикладского искусства… В 7 минутах пешком прекрасный парк. В 50 метрах от квартиры хороший супермаркет с приличным для центра города выбором продуктов. В 100 м - станция метро. Много кафе и ресторанов на любой вкус и кошелек. Сама квартира просторная, чистая, есть все необходимое для проживания. В доме имеется лифт, рассчитанный на двух человек. Соседей не слышали, шум доносился с улицы, но рядом широкий проспект, поэтому тишины никто не ждал. Нюансы. Если собираетесь мыться, то сначала нужно включить подогрев воды и подождать 10 минут, но нам это не мешало. Улица узкая, заставленная автомобилями, с парковкой могут возникнуть проблемы. Если вам нужен центр города, и вы не планируете совершать загородные поездки, то считаю аренду автомобиля избыточной.
− Во время нашего бронирования было заявлено, что в квартире два санузла. Когда мы приехали маленький санузел с унитазом и раковиной был закрыт. Поэтому уточняйте у хозяина будет ли он работать на время вашего приезда. Интернет очень медленный.

− The decor was pretty drab - the place could be more exciting to stay in. The washing m/c was also a big challenge - it ran for hours and nobody knew any option for a light wash and dry

10.0The location was outstanding. We were so close to all of the sights. Though we were in a relatively busy area, it was quiet! Silvana was so friendly and helpful when she met us. We were delayed and she was still so upbeat! The apartment was so much bigger then we were expecting.
