− Les lits , les lattes des sommiers étaient au 3/4 déplacés ou enlevés

Location was great. The apartment entrance/ stairs are a bit shabby, but you just pass through.

− The single beds are fairly cheap mattress cots. So that made things less comfortable. But there are many many comforters to put on top to fix the problem.

Excelente ubicación, a unos pasos de San Marcos, mercados, souvenirs y shopping. Buen aire acondicionado y suficientes sábanas y cobertores. Puntos extra que haya 2 baños privados.

− Si llevas muchas maletas toma en cuenta que está en el 3er piso y no hay elevador.

The location was great. the communication with host could be improved.

There was some confusion with the key collection. To be fair this could have been an issue on my end with my phone at the time.

− When contacting Mario the host for information, I did not always receive a response back to let me know he got my message. This made me think that he might not of got my message. I would recommend that there is always a confirmation email/text when a person asks a question just to confirm the message was received.

Great Location! Apartment was clean and spacious.

The location of this residence is right next to Piazza San Marco. We were delayed getting into Venice due to an issue with the train so the person who was meeting us to give us the keys meet us at the water bus stop and walked us back to the residence. We really appreciated that extra attention after a long tiring day of travel.

− You can hear people talking as they walk by the windows late at night.
