We have stayed at many places throughout Japan, and this was one of the most comfortable. Although it is conveniently located just a few minutes’ walk from Shibuya Crossing, the area is very quiet and peaceful. The spacious kitchen was easy to use, and we enjoyed preparing breakfast together as a family. We did a lot of shopping and had quite a bit of rubbish, but the large trash bins outside the property prevented it from piling up inside, which made our stay very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

It was the most wonderful and comfortable place I have ever stayed during all of my trips to Tokyo.

Although I’ve visited Tokyo seven times, this accommodation was by far the best place I’ve ever stayed. It’s conveniently located within walking distance of JR Shibuya Station, and many of Shibuya’s famous attractions are just a short walk away. Despite being in a quiet, upscale residential neighborhood, there is a convenience store and a supermarket only 30 seconds away on foot, making it extremely convenient for everyday needs. Most importantly, the host was exceptional. Every question was answered promptly and accurately, and the recommendations for restaurants and shops were excellent. The host even prepared a thoughtful gift for my child and kindly collected our garbage during our stay. It was truly a memorable stay, and I would happily stay here again.

Our family of five stayed here, and it exceeded all of our expectations. The location is fantastic—it’s only about an 8-minute walk from JR Shibuya Station. There are several convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, and you can easily walk to the heart of Shibuya. With countless restaurants, izakayas, shops, and even Don Quijote just around the corner, it’s the perfect place to experience everything Shibuya has to offer. Despite being so close to the city center, the property is located in a quiet, upscale residential neighborhood, making it peaceful and relaxing. The building is new, and the apartment was spotless. The interior is modern, simple, and beautifully designed. The beds were extremely comfortable, and everyone in our family slept very well. It was also fully equipped with everything we needed, including a hairdryer, hair straightener, and other thoughtful amenities, making our stay completely stress-free. Our host, Mayumi, responded quickly and thoughtfully to every question we had. Her warm hospitality and genuine care for her guests made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Without a doubt, this is one of the best places to stay in Shibuya, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Tokyo!

Location, fast communication with manager.

− Extremely bad beds, paper-like. Walls are made of paper, you hear things everywhere, and walking around makes noises like jumping around. Pictures shows specious spaces, it’s way smaller than images, enough for 3 people max. Large bed is enough for 1 person, 2 people will be on top of each other coz of size and bedframes can’t handle the weight. No garbage bins outside, nor collection deal for the unit, you must take your garbage with you daily couple of kilos till you find a bin on the street.

Amazing space for a family. Great location. Hidden gem because you are minutes away from the action and can’t hear any noise of the city while being nestled in surrounding houses.
