Compact but has everything one needs

− The "window" open to the street (room is on ground floor, but it is a quiet street), so i didnt open the curtain, and therefore can feel a bit boxed in and dark in the room. But one is not home much while in tokyo!

beautifully renovated apartment, very well laid out and spacious. super comfortable beds. equipped with everything we could possibly need. Good sized bathroom, only one in Japan where I didn't feel clostraphobic. quiet neighborhood with only a 10min walk to the Ueno station and market with the absolute best shopping and food. definitely my favorite stay in Japan. I would book this place again in a heartbeat.

Great location between Ueno Station and Senso-Ji temple (walkable to both). Lots to do all around. Roomy for Tokyo, quiet neighborhood, nice place! Washing machine is a plus (air dry only). Responsive and kind management.

− It’s an older building, so be aware you need to climb a couple flights of steep stairs and it’s awkward with a heavy suitcase.

Noys avons été surpris à notre arrivée car cela ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos de la prestation sélectionnée lors de notre réservation sur booking. Nous avions réservé 2 chambres pour 3 adultes. Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans un espace inapté pour 3 adultes. Pas de places pour bouger ni poser ses valises.

− Nous aurions apprécié d’avoir un retour de booking quand nous avons tenté de les joindre. Nous ne comprenons toujours pas pourquoi les numéros de notre réservation n’étaient pas connus de l’IA / booking. Nous n’avons jamais été rappelés malgré nos demandes. L’équipement cuisine décrit était inexistant. Ce n’est pas un logement pour 3 adultes.

Hand towels were not there at the beginning but we asked for some and the manager provided them the next day. Very clean and comfortable beds and sofa! Great location, big supermarket and metro station around the corner, Ueno station in less than 10 min walking distance Uncomplicated check-in and -out. Manager was always reachable via chat

− I recommend to include hand towels in the standard equipment as well as a dish drying cloth☺️
