10.0Even though my stay was short, I had a wonderful experience. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and well equipped, with a beautiful renovation that perfectly combines authentic Venetian charm with modern comfort. The location is excellent, close to the vaporetto stop, bars, and restaurants, yet quiet and peaceful. Self-check-in was easy, and Elena was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again!

6.0It worked for what we needed.
− There were only three regular towels for five people. The bed we slept in was not comfortable, and the linens smelled musty, especially the pillows. We think the smell is from the dryer. The dryer smells like stagnant water.
Close to everything and quite location.
9.0The host was amazing and contacted us a few days before our trip to help us prepare. The location is great, just 10–13 minutes from Santa Lucia Venezia Train Station.
− As a professional chef, I needed a good stove on vacation, but this location didn’t have one. I had to cook one item at a time, though everything else was awesome.
