9.0Emplacement top proche du Rialto, de la place St Marc, des restaurants. Appartement au rez-de-chaussée, silencieux qu'on apprécie après la fatigue de la journée... Précision la répartition du couchage n'est pas optimum pour 4 adultes, idéal pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Sara notre hôte a été à l'écoute, très réactive.

10.0A beautifully renovated apartment with new furniture and tasteful decorations. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The spacious living room was perfect for our family to relax and spend time together. From bedroom you can watch gondolas passing by on the canal. Being on the ground floor, the apartment was a bit darker, but that’s to be expected and didn’t affect our experience. Great location, situated halfway between the train station and San Marco. The host was very friendly and welcoming.

9.0Sobre todo el trato de Sara nuestra anfitriona, en todo momento nos compartió toda la información necesaria para que nuestra estancia fuera buena. El apartamento estaba muy bien, limpio y amplio con una buena ubicación muy céntrica en toda Venecia.
− El aire acondicionado de la habitación de matrimonio hacía mucho ruido y la bañera tenía el mando averiado aunque esto nos lo avisó Sara.

9.0Super emplacement et appartement très spacieux et qui nous a permis de nous reposer après des journées chaudes et bien remplies à Venise. Proche de tous les quartiers intéressants Les consignes d arrivées étaient super claires et Sara a toujours été disponible pour les renseignements nécessaires
