− Muy mala distribución de las habitaciones. Para acceder a una de las habitaciones tenías que pasar por la otra. La ducha de los baños muy pequeñas, particularmente una de ellas no te permite ni estirar los brazos.

− La relación calidad precio. No se podía regular la temperatura del agua en la ducha: agua muy caliente o muy fría. La decoración de la casa. Está bien mezclar estilos, pero en vez de darle personalidad a la casa más bien daba sensación de dejadez. Los sillones y las butacas cubiertos por sábanas echadas por encima sin más...Una pena porque el espacio es muy amplio y luminoso y con algún pequeño cambio sí que podría añadirse el adjetivo de " Luxury".
Achtung: nie wieder!
1.0− Nach langer Wartezeit kam eine Vertretung, um uns die Wohnung zu öffnen und zu erklären. Da Sie ahnungslos war, hatten wir in der, nur für Menschen unter 50kg geeigneten, Dusche kein warmes Wasser. Beim Herd gelang es uns, eine Flamme zu aktivieren. Der Zugang zur Innenhofterrasse geht über nicht gesicherte, ca. 80cm hohe Stufen, für Ü70 nahezu unmöglich. Die Terrasse selbst besteht aus vom Rost zerfressenen Stahlmöbeln, die durch Kabelbinder zusammengehalten werden. Das beste zum Schluß: die zwei Schlafzimmer sind Durchgangszimmer!!, d.h. man kommt nur durch das Erste ins zweite Zimmer; damit nicht genug: die Trennmauer besteht zur Hälfte aus einer dünnen Sperrholzplatte!
