Die Lage war top! Das Apartment schön gross.

− Die Wohnung war sehr kalt und es hatte nur eine kleine Heizung. Zudem roch es etwas bei der Ankunft. Hatten dem Host mehrmals geschrieben, jedoch hat er seit unserer Ankunft nicht mehr geantwortet. Was ich etwas schade finde.

We couldn’t have made a better choice for our week in Berlin.

What makes this apartment truly perfect is both its location and the vibe it gives off. It’s right in the heart of Kreuzberg, just steps away from bars, cafés, and restaurants for every tastes, yet tucked away on a quiet and peaceful street close to Görlitzer Park. Supermarkets, ATMs, and the U-Bahn are also within easy reach. To top it off, some of Berlin’s best clubs are just a short drive away — including Berghain and Tresor — while Club der Visionaere is only a 15-minute walk. The apartment itself is tastefully furnished, bright and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped, the sofa extremely cozy, and the little balcony a real plus. The bedroom, separated by a partition wall, is the most modest part of the apartment, but overall it wasn’t an issue at all. Our host was kind and accommodating, allowing us to check in earlier, and communication was smooth enough throughout our stay.

− Upon our arrival, we found the apartment tidy but not fully clean. It bothered us a little, but we cleaned up ourselves and carried on. The apartment is on the fifth floor with no elevator. You get used to it, but it can be challenging with heavy luggage. At times, clearer communication would have helped — for example, neither the host nor the person who let us in mentioned that the apartment was in the second building. As a result, we carried a 25 kg suitcase up five flights of stairs, only to find out we had to go down and climb again on the other side.

This is a perfect spot in Berlins trendy area, a well equipped flat with everything you need. Cute little balcony, comfy bed, great lighting and vibe within the flat. There are great speakers and a projector for movies, the shower is great and there is also a washing machine! We would definitely return
