7.0Cuisine spacieuse et bien équipée. Emplacement au calme, proche des transports et d’une supérette.
− La chambre : literie peu qualitative et dont on ne peut border les draps et la couverture trop étroits. La lampe de chevet sans interrupteur. Les fenêtres simple vitrage, mal insonorisées et mal isolées.

Comfortable apartment in a quiet part of Venice, within easy reach of Piazza San Marco.
10.0The location was amazing - tucked away in a quiet street, only a few steps from the shore, with 2 vaporetto stops nearby, and just 10 minutes walk into the heart of Venice. The views are lovely! The apartment is beautifully furnished, very comfortable, with all the facilities we needed. Our hosts were very helpful and responded to queries quickly.
− We were travelling with only a little luggage, but the steep and narrow stairs would be challenging with large cases.
We would not recommend
4.0Quite a good location just a short water taxi ride away from attractions.
− We were not told about the 29 steep, narrow steps up to the apartment. We are in our sixties and would not have booked if we had known. There are also 5 steps up inside the bathroom, with no handrail. We felt unsafe. Also, there was no kettle. We had to boil water in a saucepan to make a cup of tea.
Great host and apartment in lovely peaceful location.
9.0This apartment has lots of character in a great part of Venice away from throngs of tourists. The host was very helpful and responded at all stages. Thank you. Would recommend.
