9.0Great location - quiet, but close to transport, 7-Eleven, restaurants, shopping. Loved having washing machine and dryer. Comfortable beds. Lovely extra touches.

10.0距離地鐵不遠，淺草/田原町皆能到達 也能快速換不同的線 機場直達！ 房內兩台冷氣，插頭數量充足 有洗衣機能洗衣服，烘衣也方便，睡醒衣服就乾了 有廚房及基本廚具，自煮ok 有任何問題詢問都能快速獲得解答 不會因為是自助入住就很難找到人處理。
− 硬要說缺點只能是沒有電梯，第一/最後一天需要出點力
