Nice venetian comfort
9.0A comfortable apartment with two separate rooms (we used only one), nice-looking Venetian touch. Practical, kitchen also well equipped. A kind gentleman waited for us with the keys. The most excellent for our needs was location - between Arsenale and Giardini di Biennale, and a vaporetto stop around the corner.
− More mosquito protection - all rooms would need a mosquito net, not only living room. When these will be in place, the apartment will be 10! But according to our experience, many venetian apartments lack mosquito protection.

9.0Hervorragende und ruhige Lage. Problemloser Check-in. Prima Ausstattung. Sehr geräumig mit bequemen Betten. Zusätzliche Bettdecken und Kissen vorhanden. Moskitonetze an den Fenstern. Klimaanlagen in allen Zimmern. Trinkwasser im Kühlschrank. Tee- und Kaffeebereiter vorhanden. Sehr schnelle Kommunikation mit Nico. Gepäckaufbewahrung nach Check-out war möglich.
− Kurze Treppe in die 1. Etage. Gelegentlich Lärm aus der Turnhalle nebenan. Schwer zu drehender Duschknopf. Kleiner Balkon ohne Sitzgelegenheit. Kein Moskitonetz am Badezimmerfenster.

10.0Top Lage für die Biennale, sehr ruhig gelegen (ausser in der Turnhalle nebenan ist Betrieb), alles vorhanden, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigen könnte. Nico ist sehr zuvorkommend und erklärt alles bestens. Gleich um die Ecke hat es leckere Reataurants, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und eine Bäckerei
− Jammern auf hohem Niveau: kurze, aber recht steile Treppe zur Wohnung. Sicher nicht für jedermann
