− Las sábanas estaban sucias. Avísanos y la cambiaron. Pero no cambiaron el protector de colchón que estaba sucio y tenía pelos.

10.0The apartment was walking distance to St Mark’s Square with the added convenience of being in a non-congested neighborhood with the locals and plenty of restaurants. The concierge service was superb. They coordinated our water taxi service to and from the train station and the airport. Highly recommend.

Great location and beds comfy. But if looking to sleep it is very hot!
7.0Washing machine great. Location great. Beds and showers nice.
− A/C AWFUL. Hard to sleep because it was so hot in the apartment. Fuse box had to be reset every 45 minutes to make A/C to work. Didn’t like that I had to provide my birthdate and birth place and had to write down my passport number. That is a huge privacy violation
