Stuck in the lift
1.0Apartments was changed to Kleo apartments no 22 as there was electrical problems at original booking Apartment was beautiful but we got stuck in the lift at 8.00 at night There was 1.no air vents or air conditioning in the lift so we were sweltering hot with no water 2.no emergency button to speak to anyone kept ringing alarm which only other residents could hear no body came. 3 had to call emergency services..just as well our phones worked 4. Emergency services told us they had been to the building on numerous occasions and the owners had not give them access to control room so we had to climb out the lift in between floors with no way of knowing if it would start again 5.i also texted the manager for assistance and they said they would send someone...havent seen them yet 6 the managers could not have cared less...we were in there for 45 minutes ...if it had been a couple of hours we would have run out of oxygen 7.next day had to lug 4 x 23 kg bags down 8 flights if stairs

10.0דירה בדיוק כמו בתמונות - מרווחת, מעוצבת בטוב טעם, נוחה, נקייה, עם כל הציוד הנדרש. ליד המקום 2 סופרים. המקום נמצא רחוק ממרכז העיר ויש הרבה מדרגות אם רוצים ללכת ברגל, אבל אפשר להגיע בקלות עם הובר. ממולץ מאד

Good location, however terrible experience overall for several reasons
2.0The location
− We had a very very bad experience. 1) We arrived at 5:00am and we while the property had self-check in, the door was locked so we couldn't get in so we had to start calling the company to help us get in. 2) On the second day, we were trying to take a shower and there wasn't any. 3) On our last day, there was no electricity in the apartment at all for hours. I don't recommend this place.

Nice stay for a quick trip with friends that did not use the appart much.
8.0Le salon est super grand, et aussi l'appart est bien equipé!
− Il y a deux trois trucs a reparer. Les tapis etaient super sales. Et si vous voyagez avec des valises ou un bebe, attention il y a beaucoup des marches!!! Il est bien situe mais il y a beaucoup beaucoup des marche pour joindre la ville!!! Beaucoup!!!
