10.0Spacious and very well equipped property . Loved that it really was in the centre of Venice so really well located . Quiet too. Excellent communication with staff.

9.0Great location and very well equipped. Communication was excellent. I was a bit concerned about using the app to gain first entry as we were arriving around midnight but it worked perfectly. Having the lift was great as the stairs are quite narrow carrying luggage. Generally the stay was really enjoyable and everything worked as it should. There is a handy supermarket 30 seconds away.
− I wasn’t so keen on the quality/location of the main bed. Could do with an ironing board and I couldn’t find the drying rack, but all the other laundry facilities were very good.

10.0The apartment was easy to locate. Right in the center and within walking distance to all amenities and attractions. It was well equipped with everything you could need, we loved staying here, and would stay again if we ever come back.

9.0The location was convenient to tourist sites, grocery store, and pharmacy. All of the appliances were in good working order.it was great to have an elevator!
