9.0מיקום מעולה, בעלי דירה זמינים, רמת נקיון ונוחות גבוהה, תמורה טובה למחיר, אזור לא מלחיץ לשהות (יש ברים ומסעדות בקרבת מקום שפתוחים עד מאוחר)
− אין מעלית בבניין, היינו בקומה 1 כך שעבורנו זה לא היה משנה, אבל זה פחות נוח עם מזוודות גדולות. בנוסף אין נקיון או תחלופת מגבות במהלך השהות - אך ייאמר לזכות הבעלים שביקשנו עוד מגבות וקיבלנו מהם.
