10.0My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and couldn't have been more pleased with the welcome we received from Marcelo. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. La Scalinata did not disappoint! It is an exquisite Boutique Guest House in the most delightful location walking distance to the Spanish steps and so many sights, the best of shopping and of course dining. The room is spacious and exquisitely designed, adorned with fresh flowers that are replaced daily. 2. Its location is unbeatable—right next to the Spanish Steps and the subway station, with Versace directly across the street. It offers exceptional convenience and a strong sense of security for getting around. 3. The service is equally impressive, particularly from Marcello, who was incredibly friendly and attentive. Due to the general strike on October 3rd, he even provided us with travel advisories in Chinese, which was an incredibly thoughtful touch. 4. The minibar is well-stocked with a wide range of drinks and snacks, all refreshed daily—truly a wonderful perk. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Rome!
