3.0− Decepción total. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y lo habían sustituido por un “pingüino” (AA portátil) que hacía un ruido IMPOSIBLE, que no permitía dormir y que además daba directo a la cama con lo malo que es esto para la salud. Nos dijeron que no podían cambiarnos de habitación porque en todas habían tenido que instalar este tipo de AA. Lo bueno es que la chica que nos atendió fue muy rápida en la solución, gestionando nuestra cancelación gratuita para que pudiéramos cambiar de hotel. También remarcar que había fuerte olor a tuberías en la habitación.

Wonderful stay in a fabulous location.
9.0Location was fantastic - easy walking distance to many main attractions (Plaça de Catalunya, the port, La Pedrera, Sagrada Família). Comfortable bed, and spotlessly clean.
− Main air con unit wasn’t working. However, a portable unit had been put into the room and this did a great job. Some outside noise - trains maybe? Didn’t bother us, but may bother a light sleeper.
