− It needs a deep clean. There were fingerprints on the windows, leftover paperwork in the tv stand from other renters. The couch and kitchen chairs need to be replaced. The couch had some crusty stuff on it and the kitchen chairs have cushions that are flaking and falling apart. The shower needs a shelf to put stuff on.
