7.0Posizione Ottima a due passi dalla Sagrada Familia e vari market. Pulizia ottima. L' appartamento aveva tutto il necessario per soggiornare .
− Essendo un piano terra di un vecchio edificio è risultato piuttosto buio e umido. Inoltre i rumori interni ed esterni del condominio rimbombavano nell'appartamento dando purtroppo fastidio ai miei cani e di conseguenza al vicinato poco tollerante.

-We ask you to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood if not the Barcelona authorities have the right to retain the whole security deposit
-Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine
-Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€).
-This accommodations is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector. Detector that does not record discussions but decibels, this to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Any attempt to disconnect or exceed noise may be penalized with a fine of 50 to 250 Euros
