10.0Great location, close to restaurants and a grocery shop (in Teatro Italia). The apartment is big, with two balconies and rooftop terrace with a great view, where you can eat breakfast or drink wine in the evening. The train station is 10 minutes away on foot. Third floor with no elevator ... but it's Venice.
Individuelle venezianische Unterkunft, abseits gelegen und doch in zentraler Lage
9.0Gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit zwei klimatisierten Schlafzimmern und einem lauen Wind abends auf der Dachterrasse, was im sommerlichen Venedig für Entspannung sorgt. Von dort sind fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Venedig fußläufig zu erreichen. Mit dem Einkauf im nahe gelegenen Spar-Supermarkt im ehemaligen Cinema ("paradiso") liegt bereits die erste Sensation um die Ecke. Super Betreuung durch die Inhaberin.
− Ein Zweitschlüssel wäre hilfreich, wenn man sich als Gruppe geteilt hat und auf der Dachterrasse das Klingeln nicht hört

10.0The location was great. Very clean and quiet. Staff was amazing. We even got a little bag of cookies when we left which was good because we didn't have time to eat at the airport.

10.0Pulita , molto luminosa e molto accessoriata. Accogliente e con tutti i servizi. Posizione ottima vicinissima al vaporetto e a supermercati, negozi e farmacie. Il terrazzo stupendo con vista sui tetti eccezionale. Host gentilissimo.

Gute Lage und Preis-Leistung OK
8.0Lage und Preis sind OK gut für Venedig, die Wohnung war groß und die Balkone und Dachterrasse schön, das Viertel trotz zentraler Lage ruhig, alles gut erreichbar, Supermarkt um die Ecke. Es war sauber. Wir wurden mit Wein, Wasser und kostenlosen Kaffee-Kapseln empfangen.
− Die Wohnung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, so einiges funktioniert nicht mehr, Duschkopf nicht an der Vorrichtung aufhängbar, die Betten im Zwei-Bett-Zimmer waren etwas hart, hier und da klemmte eine Schublade. Ein paar Reparaturen hier und da würden es besser machen. Die Einrichtung ist auch in die Jahre gekommen, aber das kennt man aus Venedig...
