The location is very good, mostly quiet and very close to the metro. The staff were nice and responsive and got us what we needed immediately. Overall very good experience.

− We could hear the neighbor upstairs walking all around the apartment; it disturbed our sleep, but I don't know if there is anything that could be done about it.

Barcelona seyahatimiz sırasında Sweet-Urgell Eixample’da 4 gün konakladık ve her anından çok memnun kaldık. Evin Durumu ve Konfor: Ev son derece konforlu, bakımlı ve tertemizdi. Yataklar inanılmaz rahattı, günün tüm yorgunluğunu rahatça atabildik. Mutfak kullanım açısından oldukça uygun ve pratikti; ihtiyacımız olan her şeyi bulabildik. Konum ve Ulaşım: Ev tam anlamıyla şehir merkezinde yer alıyor. Ulaşım her yere o kadar kolay ki, Barcelona’yı keşfetmek bizim için çok pratik oldu. Hizmet Kalitesi: Resepsiyon hizmeti ve personelin desteği harikaydı. Her konuda son derece yardımcı, güler yüzlü ve ilgililerdi. Hem konforlu bir ev ortamı arayanlara hem de şehri kolayca gezmek isteyenlere kesinlikle tavsiye ederim! Tekrar gelirsek ilk tercihimiz olacak.

Świetna lokalizacja, w pobliżu sklepu. Apartament czysty i posiadał wszelkie udogodnienia. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia, pralka, suszarka, ekspres. Obsługa bardzo pomocna. Przybyliśmy koło 22 i mieliśmy problem z kodem do drzwi. Przyjechał pan z serwisu i pomógł. Nie pozostawiono nas do póki wszystko nie było załatwione. Kontakt bez zarzutu. Lokal posiada przechowalnię bagażu lecz nie w budynku, oddalona 20 minut pieszo jednak w pobliżu dworca co też jest plusem.

The reception is very close by to the apartments (3-4 minutes walking distance). The reception staff was very helpful and kind and we also were able to communicate instantly with them through WhatsApp. We had requested an early check which was possible and communicated very well to us. Further to the instructions provided at the check in desk, very clear and helpful instructions to enter and use the apartment, were also send to us through an App and through WhatsApp. You can enter the building entrance and the apartment by access code. The apartment is in a typical beautiful, well aged Barcelona building and has an elevator. The elevator is rather small (can fit 2 people max) but still was very helpful for us. (Not AMEA accessible). Location is amazing, right next to the Urgell metro station (with elevator access) and other strategic bus stations, which was really important to us with a 4-year-old and a stroller. Many nice bars and restaurants nearby and we especially loved ‘’La Casa’’ which was right next to our block’s corner. Also, the location is grate because it is relatively quiet considering it is in the city center and is strategically located in between major Barcelona attractions, so the distance is reduced. Plaza Catalunya is a 12-minute walk or a couple of metro stops away. The apartment was very clean and fully renovated with really nice appliances and all the cooking ware needed. Smart TV, Nespresso machine, microwave and toaster, hairdryer also available. There are a few shampoos and toiletries, enough for a couple of days, but for anything further there is a 24-hour minimarket right below the apartment. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The management's effort is visible. We felt at home, right away.

− The only thing we can negatively comment was that there is some noise from the street due to the old type windows which is mainly affecting the living room and one of the two bedrooms which is facing the road, but for us this was not an issue even at sleeping times. For someone that requires absolute silence this can be an issue. Also, rarely you can hear noises from above apartments but nothing that would spoil our day or night. The remote control was not the original to the TV set, but it is compatible and when getting used to its fine.
