Lokal blisko wszystkiego, piekarnia dosłownie pod oknami kawiarnie restauracje sklep z mięsem i mini market, wychodzisz z mieszkania na główny deptak i w 8 minut jestes na placu Marka wszystkie przystanki na tramwaje wodne pod nosem, sypialnia mega wygodna w drugim pokoju łóżka raczej dla dzieci ale dorośli tez dadzą radę, generalnie w wenecji bylam już 3 raz i ten nocleg jest w świetnym miejscu polecam

Location was good and host was exceptional. She was very organised and gave her best to make stay comfortable. She was in touch few days before the stay to ensure we understand the transport including sending us the timetable and map.

Location perfect, everything easy to come and go from, close to a bakery, shops and restaurants but not noisy. Clean, good water pressure in shower, large living area. Host lovely and helpful.

− A little stuffy and warm at night, an air circulating fan in the living area would have been nice.

Great location for biennale and off the tourist track, apartment is a little funky (not brand new)

The location is great, the kitchen was well-equipped for four (or more) beds are comfortable and having two toilets is a nice perk. Close to biennale, off the ‘beaten track’ so quieter than a lot of other properties, grocery store and pasticceria just round the corner, very convenient.

− The apartment has some comfortable new furniture but is quite cluttered and in general is aging, suffers from Venice‘s dampness with some funky drain aromas, it is not exceptionally clean, the fridge is small, and the aircon is very loud. (Beware there is a skinny flight of stairs to the door.)
