5.0− Δυστυχώς η εμπειρία μας δεν ανταποκρίθηκε στις προσδοκίες μας. Η καθαριότητα του δωματίου δεν ήταν στο επίπεδο που περιμέναμε, καθώς υπήρχαν σημεία που έδειχναν να μην έχουν καθαριστεί επαρκώς. Η ηχομόνωση ήταν πολύ κακή, με αποτέλεσμα να ακούγονται συνεχώς θόρυβοι από τα διπλανά δωμάτια και τον δρόμο. Επίσης, αντιμετωπίσαμε καθυστέρηση στο check-in και η επικοινωνία με το κατάλυμα δεν ήταν ιδιαίτερα άμεση. Η τοποθεσία ήταν βολική, ωστόσο η συνολική σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής δεν μας ικανοποίησε. Πιστεύω ότι υπάρχουν περιθώρια βελτίωσης κυρίως στην καθαριότητα, τη συντήρηση των εγκαταστάσεων και την εξυπηρέτηση των επισκεπτών.
