10.0The apartment was well suited for us with 2 bedrooms for three people. The host, Moreno, was amazing! He was so helpful and patient (we locked ourselves out of the apartment). He was part of the reason that we loved Venice so much.

Amazing location not too crowded
10.0A great location not as busy and crowded as near st marks area but only a 10 minute walk to centre. You could buy a coffee near the apartment for 2 euros compared to 6 euros in the centre. There are convenient store nearby
− There are stairs to get to the apartment but Gino helped to take the luggage up we hired a porter to take the cases to train station so he also took luggage down stairs

10.0Gostamos de tudo. A localização perto de tudo… o apartamento muito Limpo e organizado. O nosso anfitrião Gino Moreno, foi Maravilhoso. Providenciou o barco para irmos até o aeroporto (o que nos facilitou a vida) Eu voltaria Mil vezes e recomendo!
