10.0Love the very organized check in and check out procedures, free flow drinking water, friendly staffs, able to stay in the capsule if not scheduled cleaning day. Very near to central of Shibuya with lots of food and shopping options nearby. Staffs very accommodating and personalized response to requests. Truly wonderful and relaxing stay ☺️☺️ Able to rest and sleep well due to the very comfortable bed, comforter and soundproof is very good 😊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 keep up the good work ✨✨
