Localização. Apartamento amplo, arejado. Ar condicionado muitp bom. Cozinha e area de limpeza muito bons também. O acesso é ótimo, e a localização também. Mobiliário muito bom. Banheiro muito bom.

− Poderiam liberar o check in mais cedo pois os voos muitas vezes chegam no final da manhã e início da tarde. Não foi tão ruim porque tem um restaurante amplo ao lado. Poderia ter dois banheiros mas um atendeu bem a 04 pessoas.

La piscine a une bonne longueur et elle est agréable. The pool is large enough for everyone to enjoy it without bothering other people.

− L'appartement laisse vraiment à désirer. À notre arrivée, nous avons constaté plusieurs problèmes : l'étendoir à linge était cassé, le porte-papier toilette était également cassé, la télévision ne s'allumait même pas, la cafetière fonctionnait mal, les lampes de chevet ne marchaient pas correctement et la climatisation n'était réellement efficace que dans la chambre, laissant le salon insuffisamment rafraîchi. Le plus décevant n'est pas seulement l'état de l'appartement, mais surtout l'absence de solution. J'ai signalé plusieurs de ces problèmes, mais je n'ai reçu aucune réponse efficace. De plus, le service téléphonique a été très médiocre : les interlocuteurs ne comprenaient pas l'espagnol, alors que nous sommes en Espagne, et ils m'ont finalement laissée sans aucune assistance. Face à cette attitude, je n'ai même pas pris la peine de signaler tous les autres dysfonctionnements constatés. Le service est totalement impersonnel et le rapport qualité-prix est déplorable. Il est particulièrement choquant de facturer 29 € non remboursables « au cas où quelque chose serait cassé », alors que plusieurs éléments de l'appartement étaient déjà endommagés avant notre arrivée. Pour le prix payé pour cet hébergement à Barcelone, je m'attendais à un minimum d'entretien et à un service client à la hauteur. Malheureusement, mon expérience a été très décevante et je ne recommande pas cet établissement. The apartment left a lot to be desired. Upon arrival, we found several things in poor condition: the clothes drying rack was broken, the toilet paper holder was also broken, the television would not even turn on, the coffee machine did not work properly, the bedside lamps were faulty, and the air conditioning was only effective in the bedroom, leaving the living room uncomfortably warm. The most disappointing part was not only the condition of the apartment but also the complete lack of a solution.

Great location, comfortable spacious apartment

We loved the location. Easy walking access to so much and metro and bussing options right outside the door. The pool was a great place to cool off and take a break in the hot afternoon. We loved the rooftop patio but didn’t use it as much as we did the pool because it was so hot out. We felt it was very secure and I liked the keyless entry into the building and into our room. The A/C was top notch!! It was such a blessing coming in after melting outside for hours. We were there during a heat wave. The kitchen was a good size, but only being there for 5 days we didn’t use it much. The full size refrigerator kept all of our water cold and we bought ice from the market right next door to be certain we always had cold water.

− It would have been nice to have pool towels at the pool when we went in the afternoon. But we managed.

Très bon établissement. Tout etait Très propre à notre arrivée. Très bien équipé. Bon emplacement securisé proche des transport et des lieux d intérêt. Je recommande vivement.

− Le lave vaisselle faisait beaucoup de bruit. Sinon tout est impeccable
