6.0Appartement bien situé, bonne literie et personnel réactif face aux problèmes liés à l’appartement.
− Gros problème électrique dans l’appartement : la climatisation ne fonctionne pas et fait disjoncter tout l’appartement. Dès que l’on remet le courant au tableau électrique, des étincelles apparaissent. Le deuxième soir, nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude. Dans la douche du premier étage, l’eau ne s’évacue pas correctement. Présence de moustiques écrasés sur les murs. Le nettoyage laisse à désirer. L’appartement devrait être mieux entretenu entre les locations. Dommage !
