Größe und grundlegende Ausstattung der Wohnung

− Kalk im Badezimmer, Kaffemaschine teilweise defekt.

Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr schön. Sehr schöner Altbau mit tollem Stuck. Schöne Architektur.

− Super dreckig! Tierhaare überall; Bett war voll mit Tierhaaren; selbst auf der Tischdecke waren welche. Der Aufzug bleibt oft stecken und man ist dann darin gefangen. Vor allem für Kinder ist das u.U. gefährlich. Das Problem ist im Haus bekannt. Uns hat der Vermieter nicht gewarnt; Wir mussten erst stecken bleiben. Morgens um 8 haben die Bauarbeiten im Haus begonnen. Der Lärm war so laut, dass wir uns kaum noch unterhalten konnten.

Veldig fin lokasjon og stor plass i leiligheten. Vellutstyrt kjøkken og moderne bad. Vil absolutt dra tilbake ved en senere anledning.

− Manglet instruksjoner før ankomst. En nabo åpnet for oss og vi fikk adgang til nøkkelboksen. Vert svarte heldigvis innenfor 20 minutter. Det kunne vært noe renere.

A well-equipped, comfortable apartment. Highly recommend this place to everyone!

The apartment is spacious, clean, and cozy with a modern interior. Great amenities: a TV with plenty of channels, board games, fitness equipment including dumbbells and a pull-up bar, a huge fridge, and a capsule coffee machine with capsules provided!

− The building is old, so the elevator doesn't always work reliably.

If you are thinking of booking Robert’s place, just go ahead and do it as you won’t be disappointed. Compared to alternative places for similar prices, this apartment was exceptional and exceeded our hopes. It was large, well furnished with modern appliances and functioned as a beautiful home away from home. 5 minute walk to the U/S bahn with easy access to Berlin, in a quiet, very safe neighbourhood. The bed was one of the comfiest we’ve slept in. Having two separate bedrooms was a real advantage and what can we say about the kitchen and beautiful view out of the window? A peaceful, luxurious stay. There is a wonderful leafy park 3 minutes walk away, and a great art house cinema with bar moments away. The apartment itself is housed in a beautiful, classic building with original features. Robert was very easy to contact at all times, a kind and generous host who was a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely return!

− We did not find an iron, and though we didn’t need one, this could be useful for others. At times when using the kitchen/bathroom sinks, we could smell the drains. This did not influence our appreciation of the place, but worth a mention. The only real disadvantage for us was that we couldn’t stay longer. If you stay here you will be lucky.
