The apartment interior had Eve try thing I needed and was very comfortable. The staff / service was also fantastic and very friendly and efficient.

− I noticed that the bathroom wasn’t completely clean so contacted the company - they organised a proper clean the next day which I appreciated. The apartment is also on the same street as two very loud bars - part of being in an apartment interior the hustle and bustle of Athens. I asked for ear plugs which really helped but if you are a light sleeper, you may want to consider a quieter area.

− The apartment is located directly above a nightclub, on the first floor. The club opens around 11:00 pm and loud music and strong vibrations continue until about 4:00 am. By loud music, I mean extremely loud music -the club is outside, on the street. It gets even worse when the crowd starts singing together. Information about the club was not disclosed in the listing on the booking mobile app. After 11:00 pm, it becomes extremely difficult to even reach the building entrance due to the crowd gathered outside. Because of the noise, I was forced to leave the apartment after two sleepless nights and book alternative accommodation at my own expense. In addition, on the first night I discovered that the bed sheets had not been changed. There were plenty of men’s legs hairs on the sheet, which is completely unacceptable! The host tried to convince me to stay, while the company’s office was closed on Saturday and I could not officially report the case. After two sleepless nights, it was clear that I could not continue my stay, so I requested a refund for the two unused nights. The company contacted me via WApp and initially discussed a refund but then asked me to send my identification documents via WA. This was inappropriate, especially since they already had my details because I had completed online check-in before my arrival. After I finally provided my name and ID number, they stopped responding and never followed up or provided any update on my case. Booking.com was also not helpful. They sent me a 50 EUR “goodwill” payment without any explanation, which did not come close to covering the actual losses I incurred. If you experience a similar situation, I strongly recommend contacting the European Consumer Centre. This place is absolutely not suitable for anyone who wants to sleep at night and values cleanliness and professional customer service.

Was easy to find and get in. Instructions from host were clear. Bed was comfy.

− Be very careful with this reservation! We stayed from Thursday to Friday, and the music from the club downstairs didn’t let us sleep. Check reviews and the video from surrounding rented properties on Google. If good night sleep is important to You, check other options. We had booking for 2 nights, but left on 2nd day and booked another place. Music was blasting, everyone is aware of it, and doing nothing about it.
