8.0Localizacao e resolveram rapido uma pia entupida
− O apartamento precisa de pintura pq tem paredes descascadas e portas da frente pra rua quebradas ,falta manutenção,mas detalhes ! Na cozinha da pra fazer o basico pq so tem fogão indução e 2 bocas cozinha na sala escondida no armário

9.0Toplocatie. Eenmaal in het appartement zou je niet zeggen dat je midden in een winkelstraat zit. Heerlijk rustig met een prachtig uitzicht op de achterzijde van Casa Batlo. Geen geluidsoverlast. Lekkere ontbijtmogelijkheden als je uit het appartement stapt links op de hoek.

5.0− Hacía mucho calor y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Recién el tercer día de un total de cinco enviaron a repararlo. El baño era mínimo
