Absolutnie fantastyczny!

Miałam wysokie oczekiwania co do obiektu ale zdjęcia nie oddają tego, jak piękne jest to miejsce. Gospodarze zadbali o każdy szczegół i możesz poczuć się tu, jak w domu. W lodówce będą na Ciebie czekały napoje, owoce i przekąski a nawet wino! Kuchnia jest tak dobrze wyposażona, że możesz nawet upiec tort, jeśli zapragniesz. Do wyboru jest też wentylator i klimatyzacja. Ogród jest piękny. Dzielnica Kifissia jest bezpieczna, elegancka i zielona, warto zatrzymać się tu z dala od głośnego centrum. Stacja metra M1 i dobrze zaopatrzony supermarket w odległości krótkiego spaceru. Dodatkowym atutem obiektu jest uroczy pies Harvey, rasy akita oraz kotka Quennie. :) Bardzo chciałabym tu jeszcze wrócić <3

Julia is a super host and she deserves it plainly. She will do anything to make you welcome, you have drinks, fruits, yogurts in the fridge. The kitchen is well equiped as well.

The host was extremely welcoming. Lots of nice touches such as yoghurts and snacks and coffee made available.It was an excellent location near my son‘s house but in general convenient for the Metro just a few minutes walk away a lovely little sitting garden area very friendly dog and turtle.!!

I already had high expectations of the PJ Garden House from the pictures and the reviews of other guests, but nothing could have quite prepared me for how quickly I would come to appreciate just how much I would enjoy my stay. Upon my (somewhat late) arrival, I was greeted warmly by Julia and brought into the little house that would be my home for a week. The garden was beautiful and lively, even during this (late February) time of year, and the house itself was cozy. The bed was comfortable with a high quality set of pillows and duvets, and there were little details everywhere that made the space feel welcoming and easy to settle into. There were snacks, drinks in the fridge, coffee and tee, and fruits available in the house itself, which immidiately added to the amazing first impression of both the property and the hosts. However, it was during the evening and the days after arriving I truly understood the extent of the thoughtfulness and care that has gone into this property. I noticed the umbrella, the extra pillows and blankets, the well-equipped kitchen cabinet, the spice rack. I noticed the new packaged toothbrush, the slippers, the multiple adapters for electrical sockets, the olive oil and sugar. All these little things that you might not have thought to being with you, but that suddenly turns out to be very handy. Or that are "luxuries" (like a kitchen with enough pans to make an entire meal) that you sort of give up on when you rent a property short term. The kind of details that makes it feel like a home. This added to the lovely atmosphere I felt at the property, I very quickly felt at ease in the house, and going through the garden (which felt special both day and night), sitting in the sun reading books, drinking a cup of coffee, it was all a treat. It also helped that the property is situated in a very calm and beautiful part of Kifissia. I only visited for a week, but I would have loved to spend more time at the PJ Garden House.

We had such a lovely stay here. PJ is so warm and welcoming and looked after us really well. The accommodation is cosy and comfortable and in a fantastic location close to the station
