10.0Ubytování je velmi blízko metra, kterým jsme jezdili denně na výlety. Na hlavní ulici za rohem je pekárna, supermarket, restaurace, prostě vše, co potřebujete při pobytu v apartmánu na dovolené. Mile nás překvapilo, že v ubytování je k dispozici i rozkládací stůl a židle, takže byť to z fotek nebylo patrné, v klidu jsme se nasnídali/navečeřeli u stolu všichni 4. K dispozici bylo také dost ručníků, prací gel, věci na pláž. Prostě skvělé zařízený byt a majitelé myslí na to, aby návštěvníci byli maximálně spokojení. Majitelé nám rovněž vyšli vstříc s možností zanechání zavazadel v apartmánu ještě před oficiálním check-in. Komunikace s majiteli byla také na 1. Opravdu můžeme jen a jen doporučit.
− Občas nefungoval výtah, jde o starší dům. Ale pro nás to nebyl problém.

7.0Super eingerichtetes Appartement mit allem was man benötigt, sehr nette Vermieter. In wenigen Minuten am Strand und im Zentrum von Poblenou.
− Leider hatten wir eine Baustelle direkt vor der Nase, so wurden wir morgens beizeiten „geweckt“, aber da kann der Vermieter nichts dafür.
Excelente servicio y completamente equipado.
10.0Buena comunicación con el administrador, me gustó que tuviera adaptadores para diferentes países, tiene a/c en todas las habitaciones., cerca de la playa y el piso tiene elementos para prestar como toallas de playa quitasol, bloqueadores etc, además pudimos salir un poco más tarde.
− El baño un poco pequeño pero era cosa de costumbre.
Fijn en schoon appartement
9.0Zeer schoon en compleet appartement. Bij aankomst bedden opgemaakt en alles tip top in orde. In de koelkast een fles cava en wat drinken. Koffie ook aanwezig. Goede bedden, schone keuken. Vriendelijk gastheer. Prettig contact vooraf en tijdens verblijf. Goede locatie in de wijk poblenou. Dichtbij t strand en dichtbij de gezelligheid die poblenou heeft te bieden. Echt een goede uitvalsplek om barcelona te ontdekken. Wij hebben vlakbij fietsen gehuurd en hebben zo het mooie barcelona mogen verkennen.
− 2 nachten rustig kunnen slapen. Geen geluidsoverlast. Op zaterdag wat rumoer ivm feestje bij een ander appartement. Daar kan de eigenaar niets aan doen en hoort erbij als je kiest voor een wat groter appartementen complex.
