3.0No question the location is great. It's close to Shinjuku with many restaurants and supermarkets around it.
− The beds are so small... they should have use at least queen size beds. It barely fit 2 persons there. Imagine, you must sleep with your friends in double size bed. Also the bath towels are so small. I am sure they can do better on this one

8.0Comfortable, a little tight with two double beds. Needed a dryer for the amount of laundry for 4. Found a local coffee shop with breakfast offerings and easily accessible to shops and restaurants and jr trains.
− No dryer, and a little more street noise than anticipated.
