Wonderful accommodation. Near to the stations..

I love everything this property. Location is superb. Quiet and yet it’s within the center. The water filter dispenser is a plus factor. Parting gift is also a pleasant surprise from the owner. The accommodation made our stay in Japan magical and memorable.

− They could have another toilet especially for a big group like us (8 people)

− Konum olarak her yere uzak metro için en az 10 dk yürüyorsunuz. Evde bulaşık makinesi yok mutfak tezgahı yok yemek hazırlamak çok zor banyo için bırakılan havlu kalitesi çok kötü ve sayısı çok az yatak kalitesi iyi değil. odaya Kağıt havlu ve su bile bırakmamışlar geç saatte geldik gece yarısı market aradık. Tokyo da kalmak için kötü bir seçim yapmışız. Yapılan iyi yorumları yapanların verdiği puanlara aldandık kendilerinin nasıl bir standartları var anlamadım. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum

Location was good and situated in between two stations for easy travel to other areas in Tokyo. The apartment was comfortable and provided convenient amenities like washer with built in dryer, hair straighteners, water dispenser and cutlery/cookware. It was very spacious. We would love to come again. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

− We couldn’t find a lot of good places to eat, especially since my husband is a vegetarian. We had a lot of noise our first night… possibly since other guests came late that night.

Overall great space for a small group in a quiet but very central area.

The apartment was overall really clean and had all the essentials you will need. The host was really clear in communication as to how to check in and out of the place. They also were so kind to leave a small welcome package of snacks as well as a small farewell gift upon checkout. The air conditioner in every room was godsend especially now that Tokyo summer is approaching. Amenities such as coffee machine. Waterfilter, mini oven and rice cooker are provided. The area around is very quiet. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes in walking distance. Same goes for metro stations, konbinis, etc. so overall highly recommend this place.

− The apartment is advertised to accommodate for 8 people. We were with five and it was already very crowded so I do not recommend to staying with a bigger group especially if they’re all adults. Each bed is approx queen size and only offers one big blanket. We would have preferred to have individual blankets for each person. The pullout coach was wonky and the foot part would constantly unhook and slip away so we ended up not using it. The bathroom lacks storage area for toiletry bags that we had to use one of the benches from the dining area to accommodate for that. There were guests staying in the apartment above us and we could basically hear every step they would take during morning and evening hours. Maybe the following is partially due to how buildings in Japan but it was still annoying nonetheless. If you get to choose either apartment for your stay, go for the upper one as that on seemed more spacious and won’t have stomping noise disrupting your sleep.
