9.0有電梯，我們住宿的時候滿安靜的，樓下泡杯咖啡加自己買的牛奶很好喝，我們是兩小床房型，住宿空間足夠，睡得不錯，還有簡易廚具可以簡單料理。
− 相較於在地鐵旁的住宿是需要多一段行走距離的，大家可自行衡量個人所需的CP值。 提醒一下簡易廚具有些不是很乾淨，要記得洗過。

− Die Zimmer sind schon recht heruntergekommen, definitiv unser schlechtestes Hotel in Japan obwohl es eins der teuersten war - aber das ist wohl Tokio

− バスルーム、バスが、ないのに気付かず手配してました。 シャワーがメイン、外国人メインの仕様ならば、シャワーヘッドはレベル上げて欲しいところ。せめて、ティファくらいのレベルにすべき。
Good value in quiet neighborhood
9.0Quiet neighborhood—with easy walk to Oedo line (and others). Staff are helpful, if needed. A/C worked well. Good value.
− I would prefer a secure place to store luggage before/after a stay rather than just in the lobby since front desk is not always staffed.
