8.0Sehr moderne, saubere Unterkunft, mit allem was man für einen kurzen Stadtaufenthalt braucht. Schöne große Terrasse. Kommunikation und Checkin haben problemlos geklappt (Schlüsselbox). Gute Anbindung an das Stadtzentrum durch Nähe zur U-Bahn Haltestelle.
− Die Wohnung liegt in einem weniger guten Viertel Athens. Tagsüber kein Problem, aber abends sollte man sich mit dem Uber nach Hause fahren lassen. Man fühlt sich in der Gegend weniger wohl, wenn man dort unterwegs ist (vor allem im Dunkeln).

9.0Appartamento piccolo ma molto funzionale, ideale per una coppia. Accogliente, ben curato e situato in un'ottima posizione, a pochi passi dalla metropolitana. Nelle vicinanze si trovano supermercati, negozi, bar e vari locali. Una soluzione comoda e piacevole per soggiornare e visitare la città.Puoi formulare l'osservazione in modo elegante e costruttivo:
− Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. Se proprio devo segnalare qualche piccolo dettaglio, il materasso è risultato un po' troppo morbido per i miei gusti personali, ma si tratta di una valutazione del tutto soggettiva. Anche il vano WC è leggermente stretto. Il terrazzo è davvero bellissimo e rappresenta un grande valore aggiunto, anche se alcune piante potrebbero essere curate un po' di più. Si tratta comunque di semplici osservazioni e non di vere e proprie critiche.
