− l appartement est vétuste. les fenêtres ne ferment pas bien. beaucoup de bruits la nuit on as eu des cafards. et le 2eme étage est difficile d accès escalier etroit avec les valises. Quartier dangereux le soir. victime d agression lex1er jour.
