9.0Die Wohnung im 1. Stock ist neusaniert und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist super, beide Biennale Haupstandorte erreicht man bequem zu Fuss. Die Wohnung liegt in einer kleinen ruhigen Gasse, kleine Geschäfte um die Ecke.

8.0Die Gastgeberin war immer per SMS erreichbar und wir hatten auch vor unserer Anreise Unterstützung (zB beim Ausfüllen der Formulare bezüglich neuer Besuchertaxe)
− Es ist wie so oft in den gemieteten Wohnungen: es gibt eine GWM, aber vom Besteck zB dann nur je 4 Stück. Die Küche ist nicht eingerichtet zum Kochen, es fehlen Rüstmesser, Bretter, etc.
