9.0La ubicación, está al lado del foro y del coliseo. La calle es preciosa y tiene restaurantes y sitios para comprar. Estaba muy limpio y tenía de todo, era muy confortable.
− La finca es antigua, la escalera estaba un poco regular, poco cuidada y sucia. Si llevas mucho equipaje es complicado subir, ya que no hay ascensor, pero es parte de su encanto también. Como es antiguo, también se escucha todo, a los vecinos y eso… pero si quieres vivir unos días como un auténtico romano/romana es increíble.
Fantastic location and kind hosts one street from the sites
9.0Madonna dei Monti absolutely exceeded my expectations in terms of location and host responsiveness. Robert and Filippo were fantastic at communication and let me check in early. They were very clear about how to enter the apartment and they were very kind. This is a very clean and modern apartment one street away from the Forum and the Colosseum. As someone who has visited Rome many times, I have never stayed so close to key sites for this price. The apartment had all one could want for a stay in Rome!

Goed, overal dichtbij, hoog in prijs voor wat je krijgt, goede Host begeleid je naar binnen en leid je rond.
7.0Dichtbij de bezienswaardigheden
− Badkamer verouderd, we sliepen in appartement 4. Renovatie voor badkamer is echt nodig! Veel roestplekken rondom douche, onder de wastafel, beschadigingen. Voorzieningen verouderd! Wastafel erg klein! Douche is 40 sec warm daarna weer koud en na 20 sec weer even warm maarja daar moet je dan maar geduld voor hebben 😅 Houd de deur van de kamer met wasmachine gesloten met slapen. Je hoort letterlijk het gesprek van de mensen in de andere kamer, en toen wij er sliepen was er ook nog een baby in die kamer je hoort letterlijk alles!!! Erg vervelend in de vroege ochtend. Meer isolatie misschien?
