Comfortable, quiet and close to the action
9.0Really spacious (for Tokyo!), clean and comfortable, esp the big bed. 2 balconies, bathtub and kitchen utensils. Just a few minutes walk from the action but really quiet and peaceful. Loved our stay here! Would definitely stay again.

10.0La posizione è ottima, a 5 minuti dalla stazione di shin-okubo (una sola fermata di yamanote line da shinjuku che è una zona nevralgica per andare ovunque), 15 minuti a piedi e potete essere nel centro di Shinjuku che è ottima per vita notturna come sale giochi, izakaya, karaoke e molto altro. A 5 minuti a piedi è presente ancje un Sentō molto tipico dove vanno molti local (informarsi bene come funziona un sentō perché nessuno ve lo spiegherá). Camera molto grande per gli standard di Tokyo con 2 terrazzi e lavatrice. (I terrazzi se c'è il sole somo perfetti per asciugare i vestiti). Letto comodo e servizzi buono.
