10.0Ηταν όλα καθαρά και το στρώμα στο κρεβάτι ηταν υπέροχο!!! Επίσης ήταν πολύ επεξηγηματικός για το πώς να χρησιμοποιήσεις το τζακούζι.

3.0Δεν υπήρξε δυνατότητα διαμονής, καθώς το κατάλυμα αρνήθηκε να με φιλοξενήσει και προχώρησε σε μονομερή ακύρωση της κράτησης μέσω email. Η επικοινωνία ήταν προβληματική και η συνολική διαχείριση της κράτησης δεν ανταποκρινόταν στα αναμενόμενα πρότυπα επαγγελματισμού.
− Η επικοινωνία με τον διαχειριστή ήταν αντιεπαγγελματική και αγενής. Ενημέρωσα, όπως ζητείται από την πλατφόρμα, για την ώρα άφιξής μου, όμως μου απαντήθηκε ότι η ενημέρωση «δεν τον ενδιαφέρει», ενώ ταυτόχρονα επέμενε στην προκαθορισμένη ώρα check-in. Όταν ζήτησα ευγενικά διευκρίνιση για τον λόγο ύπαρξης του σχετικού πεδίου, δεν έλαβα ουσιαστική απάντηση αλλά απαξιωτική συμπεριφορά. Επιπλέον, παρουσιάστηκε αρχικά ως ιδιοκτήτης ενώ στη συνέχεια προέκυψε ότι ήταν εργαζόμενος. Η συνολική εικόνα ήταν έλλειψη επαγγελματισμού, διαφάνειας και σεβασμού προς τον πελάτη.
