Excellent accomodations, superb location, exceedingly clean and quiet

Fabulous apartment style rental. We stayed with four people which was perfect. The property was incredibly clean and everything worked as intended. My mom has a had time with stairs and this property has a excellent elevator which was perfect for her. Everyone reported the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very attentive and all communication was done electronically. We paid for a late checkout even though we asked late. Great location to more restaurants and bars than you could ever try. Very close walking distance to the subway; with luggage it takes about 10 minutes. The cleanliness of the apartment cannot be overstated. Exceeded anywhere I've stayed in USA of similar value.

− There wasn't anything I didn't enjoy about my stay here. I would recommend it to anyone and would stay here again if given the opportunity.

The location is excellent, in a quiet neighborhood, and very close to station and restaurant.The apartment is modern and big enough to contain accommodate 5 adults.

+ Excellent location, walkable to Akasaka and Akasaka Mitsuke shops and restaurants (not too many steep slopes so it was okay to push around a small suitcase) + Kitchen was well equipped (above average), bathroom and washer dryer combo. + Huge space by Tokyo standards, nice to have people drop by for tea. + Yamamoto Kuroneko located within 10 min walk if you need to forward or receive luggage.

− - The bed sheets had the sour smell of poorly dried laundry. Deducted two points for this! The rest are minor issues. - Most bedroom wardrobes are locked / no designated space to keep unpacked clothes - The kitchen is not stocked with cooking condiments like oil or salt, so will require a bit of planning or a stop at the supermarket or green grocer at Akasaka. - Dishwasher is not great - ended up having to handwash. - Taxis may get lost trying to come and pick you up.

Great location on a quiet street, while being fairly close to shopping streets and 2 metro stations. Great facilities and friendly staff.

我们是一家四口出行，房间三楼有两个卧室，二楼是厨房和living room，一楼有准备好的拖鞋，整套房子很温馨，住起来也很舒适。酒店离地铁口赤坂附站步行大概8分钟，附近吃的非常多，7-11之类小超市有几个，药妆店也有，去银座也很方便，不需要转车，购物非常方便。

− 小的卧室如果遮光更好的话，会更适合晚起的人。

Wonderful little apartment in a great neighbourhood that made our stay in Tokyo just perfect.

Location location location. It was walking distance to 2 stations and that was enough to take us anywhere we wanted all around Tokyo. The apartment itself was perfect. It had everything we needed. So well thought out

− Nothing. Suggestion : I liked to stand out in the balcony with my morning coffee and watch the neighbourhood pass by, if you had a couple of small high chairs and a table, that might make this spot very comfortable.
