No air conditioning, problems with tourist tax payment

− The person at check in was not prepared to receive the payment of the tourist tax she agreed with us that we will leave the money at check out on the table in the apartment. We did (we have the evidence) but is still claiming the money from us. Air conditioning is not working at all. We sent a message but amour claim was simply ignored.

− Le prese sono pericolosissime e tutte rotte. Più di una volta hanno fatto scintille. Anche la pulizia non era il massimo. L’aria condizionata in più non funziona in nessuna stanza

Emplacement au top, mais appartement à entretenir.
8.0L’emplacement, la terrasse, la proximité des transports en communs.
− La climatisation en panne, la petite salle de bain, les prises de courant mal placées. Pas de petite cuillère. Un seul bol pour quatre, mais quelques mugs. Obligés de dormir les fenêtres grandes ouvertes avec le bruit des grands boulevards puisque la Clim ne fonctionnait pas. Les placards et armoires occupés par des affaires d’intendance.
A fantastic terrace that is worth staying here for.
8.0The apartment is clean, spacious and bright. The terrace exceeded all our expectations – we enjoyed spending time there every evening. It is an amazing space with a stunning view over Barcelona. The apartment is conveniently located in the city centre, within walking distance of the railway station and several metro lines. Another great advantage is that the building has a lift.
− The apartment has four air conditioners, but unfortunately they did not cool the rooms properly in the Barcelona heat. They certainly made a difference, and without them it would have been even hotter, but we never really felt comfortably cool. The fans provided in the apartment helped as well. I would say that if the air conditioners were serviced or adjusted, the stay would be absolutely perfect.
