7.0It’s spacious, good location, quite
− The stairs are nightmare if you have a luggage. I have requested for iron but never got, the agent who helped me to check in he didn’t respond at all after promising to provide iron. Air conditioning is so dirty and it is not cooling as it’s full of mold. Seems never cleaned. Also they take deposit of 300€ that no other apartments requires. But thank god they returned after 2 weeks

− Solicité un earley check in y no solo que no lo conseguí, sino que hablé con 3 personas diferentes y cuando llegue a la hora normal del check in (15hs) me escriben nuevamente preguntando a qué hora llegaba y tuve que esperar 50 minutos más, con excusas y sin disculpas. Son 3 pisos escalera. El colchón es muy blando El resto está ok. Falta un cesto en el baño para el papel higiénico. La ubicación esta buena y super silencioso.

− The bathroom accessories included only hand soap at the bottom of the bottle, shower gel, body lotion, and towels.
Overpriced, horrible communication. Don’t stay here.
1.0I did not like the property.
− Hosts were impossible to work with. The chat must be operated by an AI bot, as I kept receiving the same answers to questions (which wasn’t helpful). We were stuck locked out of our apartment at one point and they were absolutely no help, and the numbers they provided weren’t compatible with WhatsApp. The check in agent insisted on connecting to our personal hotspot and used the remainder of my husband’s data. Homenfun did not promptly refund the deposit (which was an outrageous amount of money) and charged for an early bag drop. Someone also entered the premises without informing us and set up an additional bed which we did not need.

− Tercera planta sin ascensor, portal con mal olor, piso nuevo pero mal mantenido, muy rigurosos con el checkout, no tanto con el checking, almohadas excesivamente blandas, sofá cama lleno de manchas

7.0Très bon emplacement, rue tres calme et a proximité du métro L5. Endroit propre et bien équipé!
− Deuxième etage sans ascenseur, escalier très étroit difficile de passer la poussette. La personne chargée de nous remettre les clefs ne parlait pas un mot d'anglais. Il manquait des draps pour le clic-clac pourtant inclus dans les couchages. La porte de la salle de bain ne fermait pas et deux lampes de chevets ne fonctionnait pas non plus.
