7.0Como ponto positivo a localização. Um pouco distante do Centro, mas tem um metro bem perto e mercadinhos próximo. A vista da varanda maravilhosa!
− Primeiro só me deram opção de PAGAR para entregar as chaves. depois de muito perrengue fui pegar num box e entregaram as chaves erradas. Foi um transtorno fiquei esperando na portaria do prédio e com isso perdir o tempo de entregar o carro na locadora só não paguei outra diária porque o pessoal da locadora entendeu o transtorno. Na cozinha tinha poucos utensílios de cozinha por exemplo: éramos 5 pessoas só tinham 4 copos. quanto a limpeza bem razoável a cozinha tinha um cheiro horrível. As toalhas não eram de boa qualidade. No banheiro tinha um vazamento no teto que ficava pingando. As camas não são tão conforatáveis. Avalio bom, mas necessita melhorar!
