The physical location was fantastic. Very close to Basilica of the Sagrada Familia. Very close to food venues and grocery stores. The balconies were a treat when relaxing in the evening. Overall, I would recommend this property to a friend.

− The apartment could use little fixes like light bulb replacements. The kitchen could be a little better equipped. Could be a little more cleaning materials on site for you to use when needed

nothing , enough to tell you that people not honest.

− People not honest, not fair, not professional at all. zero customer care zero hospitality. The man whom i met lied to me when he said that the air condition will be fixed at 4.30 pm and this is never happened, no response. The emergency line kept answering that nothing we can do tonight and asked me to wait for tomorrow which is impossible of course to sleep in such a hot humid weather and of course I had to leave and find another decent place to stay in. I requested full refund which is my right and it is their mistake and they argue to let me pay for their mistakes. The house was not clean enough .The location was horrible because roads were closed because of a festival.

The location was spectacular, José our host was amazing and super friendly! He showed us around the apartment and pointed out helpful spots for us to go to!

− Only small downside, if you are planning on sleeping in after a long night out, the apartment is close to the street which can be very loud

Check in was easy and there are two options to check in, without help and picking up the key yourself or with help from staff for 30€. The extra 30€ were in my opinion worth the value, especially because I forgot my bag with my keys at the apartment after checking out and they helped me out immensely (I could pick them up the day after at their main office. Location is unbeatable, supermacat is across the street and sagrada família is right around the corner. Apartment is bigger than I thought reading the reviews but the layout is a bit weird. There is no AC but a big portable fan and it was perfect for me.

− if you have an obsession with cleanliness, this will maybe not fulfill your expectations but it’s definitely not dirty or in a bad condition, you can definitely see that other people stayed/lived there but nothing too dirty. Expected way worse reading the other reviews.
