7.0The rooms were extremely clean; we walked around barefoot and our feet didn't get dirty at all. Having a washing machine was super helpful since we stayed for a long time. We stayed with our children, and they felt very comfortable at home as there was a spacious living room where they could play. The balcony was very enjoyable. The place wasn't cluttered with unnecessary, fragile, or spillable decor objects, which is a huge advantage for families with kids.
− The downside of the hotel was its location, which gave us a really hard time. We had to choose a place close to the hospital due to a relative's illness, but taking the old train for 13 stops to get to the city center for sightseeing was truly annoying. Unfortunately, it's not a clean and fast option like other metro lines. If you're visiting for tourist purposes, this hotel's location might make you hate the city. Although being right next to Jumbo and the Mall of Athens is an advantage, we inevitably felt the need to go down to the city center. Since we were annoyed by the train, we started taking taxis in the following days, which ended up costing us quite a bit.

10.0Everything was great. Comfortable, clean, lot of space. Very well equipped, all devices are in working condition. Nice balconies. Very well connected close to highway and very close to metro station directly to center of the city. Communication with the host was great and helpful. All the instructions where on time and detailed.
