The apartment has a great location; it is easily accessible with the metro station. It is a little confusing for taxis to arrive because it is a side road, but it is close to a main road, close to supermarkets, and 24/7 shops. It is close to touristic attractions by public transport. The host answers swiftly, and the communication is good.

− The overall experience was overshadowed by how dirty the place was. The sheets on the bed smelled bad; we found dirty napkins and trash behind the beds; the shower was not clean; the towels smelled used (or perhaps not properly washed); the elevator had a very fetid smell (like a dirty diaper), and it never went away even if we put some perfume on it. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by the disappointing level of cleanliness. We did not report this to the host during our stay because we were there only for 3 nights and we did not want to waste our time or energy on it, but I think if the place had been properly clean, it would have changed our experience during our stay in Tokyo.

Calm neighborhood but very close to metro, few stops to Shinjuku. Comfortable house if a bit weird layout. The landlords were very flexible and helpful.

− One bathroom for what can be 8 or more people, and the strange layout (kitchen on 4th floor).

− Although there are many beds to accommodate a large group of people, 1 bathroom is not enough, you might need to wait to use the bathroom.

整體設計風格~寢具~家具 都非常非常讚!!! 跟家人與朋友一同前來住宿,都對住宿的硬體設備感到滿意!!

− 因為是9人入住(最多可容納16人) 浴室卻只有一間,實在是滿不方便的 常常需要排隊1個多小時等洗澡 若是浴室能有2 間,這會有很大的幫助!!
